Broadway Dance Center and its affiliates (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) are committed to respecting your (“you’, “your”, or “user”) privacy and taking steps to ensure that your personal information is protected. We have websites, mobile applications, an online platform, and other programs or services (collectively the “Platform”) that empower you to better access our dance services. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms you, your or a user may be a dancer or parent or guardian of a dancer, depending on the type of services you access and subscribe to. Unless otherwise noted, this Privacy Policy does cover our offline data practices.
By accessing any part of our Platform or participating in our dance programs, where this Privacy Policy is referenced, you confirm that you have read, understand, and acknowledge the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.
The goal of this Privacy Policy is to have you understand:

Information You Provide to Us. When you use the Platform, we or our service providers may collect information that could reasonably be used to contact or to identify you personally, such as your name, email address, telephone number, birthdate. mobile phone number, geographic location, emergency contact information, mailing address or feedback about the Platform. If you, as a parent or legal guardian, have a student that participates in our Platform, we also may ask you to provide us with similar information and other personal information that will be used for a program s/he enrolls in. (collectively “Personal Information”).
Information We Collect Automatically. Whenever you visit or interact with the Platform, we or our service providers may use a variety of technologies, that automatically or passively collect information about how you access or use the Platform (“Usage Information”) to provide you a better experience on our websites. Usage Information may include your browser type, operating system, the page served, the time, and the preceding page views.
Device Identifiers and other online information. We may also automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device (collectively, “Device”) you use to access the Platform. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a web site or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. We may use a Device Identifier to, among other things, administer the services that we provide, help diagnose problems with our servers, analyse trends, track users’ web page movements, help identify and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We may collect information about your computer and operating systems as well to better provide you services.
Cookies and Do Not Track. We may collect information about you or your use of the Platform through cookies, tracking pixels, mobile identifiers or other technologies. We use this information to better understand, customize and improve the Platform, services and offerings as well as to manage our advertising. We may use software development kits (“SDKs”) or mobile advertising identifiers (for example, “IDFA” on Apple mobile devices or “Advertising ID” on Android mobile devices), which function similarly to cookies on mobile devices. You may reset your IDFA or Advertising ID in the settings on your mobile device.

Social Media. The Platform may contain links to social media platforms that give us personal information about you that they have collected either directly or indirectly from you. Our Platform may also contain plug-ins and other features that allow you to connect with third party social media platforms. If you do so, the third parties who operate these platforms may be able to identify you, they may be able to determine how you use this website and they may link and store this information with your social media profile.
